Directional Valves

PROPORTIONAL DIRECTIONAL CONTROLS TO CETOP 3, 5, 7 & 8

MD1E TO E5E

Flows to 300 l/min

Pressures up to 350bar

Duplomatic proportional directional control valves comprise of a normal control valve spool actuated in both directions by solenoids. The solenoids are proportional in that they will drive the spools to a position dependent on the electrical signal received by the solenoid. Typical applications are when control is needed to electronically vary flow and hence actuator speed.

ADVANTAGES

OPEN LOOP OR POSITION FEEDBACK

Valves can be supplied as normal open loop proportional units or complete with spool position feedback transducers.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNITS

Units can be controlled using a choice of rail mounted cards, Eurocards or power plugs.

SOLENOID OPTIONS TO 12V OR 24V

Choice of solenoid voltages allowing integration to your particular control system.

SUBPLATE MOUNTINGS TO CETOP 3, 5, 7 & 8

Units supplied with mounting flanges to the latest CETOP 3, 5 , 7 & 8 standards.

Temperature

Oil temperature should be between +30ºC & +60ºC during normal operation. Oil life is greatly reduced if temperature exceeds 60ºC. As a general rule, oil life is halved for each 8ºC temperature exceeds 60ºC.

Filtering

It is necessary to keep the level of contamination within a hydraulic system at an acceptable level to ensure trouble free operation. Filtration should always be specified at a level that protects the most sensitive item or component in the system.
