ADVANTAGES
TWO OR THREE FUNCTION CONTROL OPTION
Typically joysticks will contain two potentiometers to provide for control in two axes.
However, it is possible to supply joysticks with a third function, such as neutral position switch.
FLOW REGULATION
Two further adjustments per function can be incorporated into the joystick, these can limit the signal voltage which in turn alters the 'gain' of the control.
ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED CONTROL
Joysticks are available in a variety of designs all ideally suited to precise operator control.
CURRENT CONSUMPTION LESS THAN 80 mA
Joystick controls will only require currents of less than 80mA regardless of usage. Low currents mean that cabling & associated items can be small, lightweight & cost effective.

Selection
When selecting a joystick please remember that if direction switches are incorporated then the joystick will have a 'dead band' of approximately 1.5 degrees of movement before the switches activate. In line with the latest health and safety guidelines Sauer-Danfoss recommend the use of neutral position switches whenever possible.
